Use a base primer according to the medium. Polypropylene primer, polyurethane surfacer primer or Etching primer. For best results, read the manual for each primer you use.

Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, rust and oil.

In order to be applied perfectly each product needs to be stirred / dissolved before use. Stir the can for 1-2 minutes using a paint stirrer, or mix thoroughly with a machine/stick stirrer before first use.

For mixing Ready to Mix product, use a digital scale to mix with reducer(Ratio value provided in each product page). For pre-caution of dirt and others, filter the mixture with proper screen filter size before pouring into your spraygun cup.

And for ready to spray product, just need to filter the mixture

Color and shadow effects may be affected by thinner/solvent selection, number of coats and air pressure in the spraygun.

The ideal number of layers is 2 full coats and 1 coat for finishing those hard-to-reach spots. And the time interval for each layer is 2-5 minutes. (Read more about the recommended spraying method for each product)

Reducer/solvent choice which dries slower, lower air pressure, closer spacing and more pressure will be the wet spray/drop coat method. (Applications with this method can make it easier to align colors on each separate media).

And the choice dries of faster reducer/solvent, higher air pressure, longer distance and less pressure will be the dry shade spray method or often called the shading method.

Choosing spraygun type and the size of the nozzle needle also greatly affects the results. Be sure to use the correct spraygun nozzle needle size, to allow for proper particle flow.
